Help Desk Technician
Level 1
We are looking for a Full Time, tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software.
To be a successful Help Desk Technician, you should be well-versed in all aspects of computer systems configuration, set up, and maintenance. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
As a Help Desk Technician, you are responsible for responding to email, chat, or phone queries and offering technical support to customers using computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
- Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Training computer users.
- Gaining feedback from customers to improve training methods.
- Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
- An Associate’s degree in computer science or related field and/or CompTIA A+ Certification.
- 2 years experience working in a Help Desk role.
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.

Security Technician
Level 1
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Security Technician to be responsible for monitoring the security systems in our organization and our clients’ organizations.
To be a successful Security Technician, you should have a sound working knowledge of cybersecurity, including intrusion prevention, incidence response, Security Awareness Training, etc. You should be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and have good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
The Security Technician’s responsibilities include securing online and on-premises infrastructures, filtering out suspicious activity, and finding and mitigating security risks before any breaches can occur by using the tools we provide.
- Leading efforts to counter security breaches and anticipating and reducing the likelihood of future security alerts, incidents, and disasters.
- Assisting clients with implementing, maintaining, and upgrading security measures, policies, and controls.
- Writing reports and providing insights on the efficacy of the current security policies, incident responses, disaster recovery plans, and other security-related information with tools provided.
- Assisting with the creation of updates and training programs to secure the network and train the employees.
- Keeping the security systems up to date.
- Monitoring security access and maintaining the relevant data.
- Conducting vulnerability testing and risk analyses to assess security and performing internal and external security audits.
- Assisting with the analysis of security breaches to identify the cause and to update incidence responses and disaster recovery plans.
- Verifying and coordinating security plans with outside vendors.
- Assisting in the creation of procedures for client employees and training them in security awareness.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- 2-5 years experience in the field, such as Security Administration.
- Advanced training certifications may be advantageous.
- The ability to work in a high-stress environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
- Good anticipation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Cabling/Installation
Level 1

- Install, maintain, and repair cables and internet systems
- Pull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cable
- Install support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks, innerduct, and other related structures
- Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctly
- Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- 2-5 years experience in the field, such as Security Administration.
- Advanced training certifications may be advantageous.
- The ability to work in a high-stress environment.
